As someone who has been in the real estate business and service industry for most of my life, I tend to be a bit picky and expect a lot from professionals in the business. I have to say Chuck exceeded my expectations. His professionalism was outstanding. He handled issues which came up, through no fault of his, and took way what could have me a stressful situation for me and my mom and made it go away. There were personal issues that came up which also could have made life challenging but Chuck was a calming presence and said not to worry things will all work out, and we will do what needs to be done to make you comfortable with the situation. Chuck had Alicia, a professional stager come to my home to make some recommendations. Alicia was amazing. She made some suggestions on decluttering, depersonalizing a bit, moving items around, add some color here and there and a few more suggestions on items to buy. We implemented many of her ideas for a pretty reasonable cost and believe these changes helped to show out home in its best light. I could go on with a number of other things Chuck helped us out with to make one of life’s most stressful situations a good experience. On top of all that due to his suggestions, he was able to help me get my home sold for over asking price and negotiated terms to help me with timing my move in a way which would be convenient for my mom and me. For this I will always be grateful. I know thousands of agents but I would be confident in saying Chuck should be in the top 5%.
